Suboxone or Sublocade Treatment
We provide both Suboxone® (daily buprenorphine/naloxone) and Sublocade® (monthly injectable buprenorphine) as medication options. Each is selected based on your clinical needs and recovery goals, helping reduce cravings so you can focus on rebuilding.
Outpatient (OP) Treatment
Our outpatient format lets you remain at home while engaging in treatment. You’ll attend regular visits for medication monitoring, individual therapy, and counseling—without needing inpatient stays.
Telehealth Services
When appropriate, we utilize telehealth visits for therapy sessions or check‑ins. This option adds flexibility, lowering barriers of travel or scheduling so you can maintain your path to recovery.

Fentanyl
Because fentanyl is extremely potent, our stabilization protocols use buprenorphine-based medications to carefully reduce dependence and support safe tapering combined with therapy.
Heroin
Heroin addiction often leads to severe withdrawal and cravings. We use medication-assisted stabilization to ease those symptoms while therapy helps you heal emotionally and regain structure.
Oxycodone
Many dependencies begin with prescription use. Our MAT model treats oxycodone addiction by combining medical stabilization with counseling that addresses both behavioral and emotional drivers.

Vicodin misuse (hydrocodone + acetaminophen) is treated with the same MAT protocols—medication to ease withdrawal and therapy to rebuild healthier coping strategies.
